Quick guide to using devices and features (charging, QR utility, issue reporting).

Charge devices on smart benches

  1. Locate the USB/USB-C ports and, if available, the wireless charging surface.
  2. Connect the cable or place the device on the wireless charging area.
  3. If charging does not start, try another cable and check that the device is compatible.
Sicurezza: usa solo cavi integri e non lasciare dispositivi incustoditi.

E-bike / scooter charging

Operating modes may vary depending on the station configuration. In general:

  • Follow the instructions shown on the station (panels or QR).
  • If access control is provided (QR/RFID/app), authorise the session before connecting the vehicle.
  • If locks/docking are provided, make sure the lock is properly secured.

QR utility and reporting
